Ladies and gentlemen (single, married, hopeless romantic, full of love and loveless), let us sing together:
I can't remember when you weren't there
When I didn't care for anyone but you
I swear we've been through everything there is
Can't imagine anything we've missed
Can't imagine anything the two of us can't do
Through the years, you've never let me down
You turned my life around, the sweetest days I've found
I've found with you ... Through the years
I've never been afraid, I've loved the life we've made
And I'm so glad I've stayed, right here with you
Through the years
I can't remember what I used to do
Who I trusted, who I listened to before
I swear you taught me everything I know
Can't imagine needing someone so
But through the years it seems to me
I need you more and more
Through the years, through all the good and bad
I know how much we had, I've always been so glad
To be with you ... Through the years
It's better every day, you've kissed my tears away
As long as it's okay, I'll stay with you
Through the years
Through the years, when everything went wrong
Together we were strong, I know that I belong
Right here with you ... Through the years
I never had a doubt, we'd always work things out
I've learned what life's about, by loving you
Through the years
Through the years, you've never let me down
You've turned my life around, the sweetest days I've found
I've found with you ... Through the years
It's better every day, you've kissed my tears away
As long as it's okay, I'll stay with you
Through the years...
I am sure the above lyrics are quite familiar to Bared readers and other music fans. That song, Through the Years (sung b y Kenny Rogers), we can easily belt out the entire song with all its stirring rhythm and harmony. This song will be forever famous for it is very touching, especially the line “Through the years
I've never been afraid, I've loved the life we've made...And I'm so glad I've stayed, right here with you through the years.” This song really made me thinking of special someone and it really makes me cry when I'm listened to it...it shows that love is strong when there's someone returning it through the good times and bad.
Here’s another one! Cuidarte El Alma (Take Care of Your Soul) by Chayanne, a Puerto Rican Latin pop singer, one of the most beautiful love songs I have heard! Entiendo espaƱol? Si senor! The song which is different and delightful never fails me to turn misty-eyed because it shows that love is essential and indispensable, especially the line “If I could only be with you, To have you sleep in my arms, And silently watch you, If only I could draw for you, A scene from my dreams, Where you are always present, To have you here, To tell you what I feel…” Though the lyrics are in Spanish, the English translation is like a sword that can able to pierce through the hardest hearts! Here’s the English version (you can view this at youtube.com):
Those are my favorite love songs. What’s yours?

One of my favorite songs is Irreplaceable by Beyonce because it shows women of today, how independent they have been and emotionally strong they are now.

I Surrender is my favorite love song because I love the melody and the lyrics... and the way the song is arranged, it’s so wonderful.

StudentI Think of You by Tata Young. If you read the lyrics, you will find it inspiring, it meant someone special for you who gives you security, inspiration and will to move on even if that person is gone or just far. Thinking of someone as your idol or as someone who thinks that you can do and gives courage to take flight despite the downfalls of life…
Loida Lagonoy
Nurse/Beauty Queen
I have hundreds of favorite love songs from different generation. But I can give you one—When You Tell Me That You Love Me by Dianna Ross and Julio Iglesias. It’s very emotive and expressive of love.
Morres Sarabia
Band manager/composer
My fave song is Beyond The Sea because I always travel and hope someone will wait for me.
Gerry Lugod

Me by Tania. The song inspires me.

Teardrops on My Guitar. The song tells about loving someone yet you’re not his type. The guy left the girl because he found someone better. It’s one of the many reasons why lovers broke apart.

Jane Cajes and bf split up!
• First, this blind item: A young businessman (who likes to party) and his sexy girlfriend (who’s the apple of the eyes) whose sugary and sweetness has turned into bitterness couple of weeks ago. The unimpeachable Very Reliable Source (VRS) almost died laughing when he saw the two who met accidentally in a mobile business center to pay their bills. “It was an accident they met in an unexpected place in an unexpected time. They are into splitsville dear!” VRS said.
• Second splitsville item: Jane Censoria Cajes broke up with her politician boyfriend (a vice mayor in a province somewhere Luzon) for reasons never made clear. We saw the loveless Jane Tuesday who attended the regular session at the Sangguniang Panlalawigan a little bit “affected” or we say, “Heartbroken.” Asked if she can survive without a boyfriend (it’s Valentine’s Day next week! Ouch, ouch! ), she broke into a wan smile. “I have to concentrate in my studies and for the SK. My heart can wait for someone special,” she said.
